Aricent recently completed a 100% acquisition of semiconductor engineering services company, Smartplay.

Aricent is the world’s #1 pure-play product engineering services firm. Smartplay is engaged in the business of providing services in the semiconductor, embedded software, and system design segments and provides pre-silicon, digital and analog chip design services. The acquisition establishes Aricent as the #1 product engineering services firm in the semiconductor market, with more than 2,000 combined experts and relationships with 17 of the top 20 semiconductor companies. .
