Cognizant Technology Solutions U.S. Corporation, through its affiliates ("Cognizant"), acquired CoreLogic Global Services Private Limited ("Corelogic India") for a consideration of USD 50 million. Corelogic India is a private company in India and is engaged in the business of, inter alia, providing software product development, analytical modeling, domain-centric back-office services.
