DEAL BRIEF

Educomp Solutions Limited and certain existing shareholders of EuroKids International Limited ("EuroKids") have sold their majority stake in EuroKids to GPE, a private equity fund. EuroKids is one of the largest education service providers in the pre-school and higher secondary school segment in India.
