DEAL BRIEF

India Realty Excellence Fund II LLP managed by Motilal Oswal Real Estate Investment Advisors Private Limited has invested INR 670 million in a project being developed by Shriram Properties Group. The investments have been made in debentures and equity shares of the Shriram Properties Group entity for the development of a mid-income residential project located at old Madras Road in Bangalore. The project is spread across 19.5 acres with total development potential of approximately 2 million square feet.
