DEAL BRIEF

Multiples Private Equity Fund and Multiples Private Equity Fund I Limited have invested in SSN Logistics Private Limited, an e-commerce logistics company which operates under the brand ‘Delhivery’, in the Series C round of funding. Existing investors, Nexus Ventures and Times Internet Limited have also invested in the Series C round. The total investment in the current round was INR 2.1 billion which is one of the largest investments into an Indian e-commerce allied business.
