Online learning platform, Byju’s, acquired WhiteHat Jr, an ed-tech company for approx. USD 300 million from Karan Bajaj (founder) and Nexus Ventures, Omidyar Network and Owl Ventures (investors).

OUR ROLE

Nishith Desai Associates acted as the India legal counsel to Nexus Ventures, Omidyar Network and Owl Ventures and advised them on the legal, tax and regulatory aspects of the transaction.
