DEAL BRIEF 

Zensar Technologies, part of the RPG Group (“Zensar”) acquired Professional Access Limited, USA (along with its affiliates “PA”) from 3i Infotech.

PA is one of the world’s largest partners for Oracle’s ATG web and Endeca search platforms and inter-alia has a presence in the US, the UK, Latin America, Africa and India.

Zensar is a leading software and infrastructure services provider with expertise that spans Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Utilities, Banking Financial Services and Insurance. Zensar employs nearly 7000 people with sales and operations presence across US, UK, Europe, Middle East, South Africa, Singapore and Australia. Zensar delivers comprehensive services for mission-critical applications, enterprise applications, business intelligence and analytics, CRM and Business Process Management.
