SUMMARY
Our recent article titled “E-Courts: Indian Supreme Court moves at the speed of thought!” co-authored by Pratibha Jain and Payel Chatterjee was published in the American Bar Association Asia-Pacific Division Covid-19 Newsletter in July, 2020. The article focusses on the reforms and measures introduced by the Indian judiciary across the country during the pandemic and addressing the larger concern of “access to justice”.
